Australia-wide.

Processing time:
All orders are printed on demand.
Processing usually takes 2–4 business days.

Shipping time:
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:

  • Standard Australia Post: 3–8 business days (metro may be faster)

Total estimated delivery time:
From placing your order to arriving at your door is generally:
5–12 business days (Standard Shipping)

Carriers used:
Australia Post (primary carrier)
Sendle or Aramex may be used depending on location.

Shipping costs:
Calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Tracking:
All orders include tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your item ships.

Delays:
Please allow extra time during promotional periods or peak seasons (e.g., Christmas).
We’re here to help if your parcel is delayed or missing.


Returns

Because each item is printed on demand specifically for your order, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Preference-based reasons

Please choose sizes carefully using our Size Guide.


Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, we will replace it at no cost.

To report an issue, email hello@ctrlorderco.com within 30 days and include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item

Once approved, replacement instructions will be provided.


Return Address

A return address or replacement instructions will be provided upon approval of a fault claim.
