Colours and sizing may vary slightly due to screen differences and print processes.

3. Pricing

All prices are in AUD.
CTRL ORDER is not registered for GST.
Prices may change without notice.

4. Shipping

Orders are produced and shipped from Australia.
Production + shipping typically takes 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are shown at checkout.

5. Returns

Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns/exchanges for change of mind or sizing.
Faulty or damaged items will be replaced — see our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, logos and content belong to CTRL ORDER.
Unauthorised use is prohibited.

7. Liability

We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages.
We comply with Australian Consumer Law for faulty goods.
