Return & Refund Policy — CTRL ORDER

At CTRL ORDER, every item is made to order through our Australian print partners.
For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help.

To request a replacement, email hello@ctrlorderco.com with:

  1. Your order number

  2. A brief description of the issue

  3. Photos showing the problem

If eligible, we will organise a replacement at no additional cost.

We comply with The Australian Consumer Law and will always assist with faulty or misprinted items.
